Kinetrol VLS & XLS limit switch boxes are available with a variety of different limit switch options, including 2 (or 4) x V3 SPDT micro switches, 2 x intrinsically safe 2 wire inductive proximity sensors, and 2 x Pneumatic switches. ATEX Approved.
Kinetrol EL Positioner unit allows proportional control via airflow to an actuator and moves to a position determined by a 4 to 20mA signal and holds it there. Feedback is also available via limit switches and/or angle retransmit feedback module.
Kinetrol AP Positioner unit allows proportional control via airflow to an actuator and moves to a position determined by a 3 to 15psi signal and holds it there. Feedback is also available via limit switches and/or angle retransmit feedback module.
Kinetrol 3 Stop positioners are another option for controlling airflow to an actuator, via 2 x industrial solenoids available in 240v AC, 115v Ac & 24v DC. Allowing three position rotary control using only three electrical inputs plus air supply, for filling applications etc.
Kinetrol’s Blueline coating solution for food production applications meets FDA and BfR L1 specifications and is available on all Kinetrol rotary actuators and accessories.
Kinetrol Declutchable geared overrides are available for most sizes of rotary actuators, allowing manual operation of the application.
Kinetrol’s Manual fail-safe spring unit allows manual operation of the application, e.g. product sampling with the certainty that the application with fail rest once the lever is released. Available from size 02 to 07.
