Since its establishment in 1992, TAWD has dedicated over 30 years to manufacturing premium ball valves, suitable for Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation and many other Heavy Process industries.
TAWD Hold key certifications, including CE & UKCA approvals, Safety Integrity Level 3 capability (SIL3) and European Union ATEX, as well as Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) approval.
API Standard 607 Fire safe and TA Luft approval for low emissions is also available, as well as EU1935 Food Safe certification.
All ball valves produced by TAWD are free from:
From one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece design ball valves to flanged ends ball valves, sanitary ball valves, multiport 3, 4 & 5-way ball valves, cryogenic ball valves and three-piece check valves. An extensive range to cover a myriad of applications with full or reduced bore options, WCB carbon steel or CF8M stainless steel options, flanged ANSI or PN options as well as BSP, butt weld or socket weld to suit schedule 10 or 40 pipework options also.
TAWD also manufactures a comprehensive range of high-performance three-piece sanitary ball valves, with Tri-Clamp or Butt Weld OD end connections to suit dairy pipework. All with cavity-filled PTFE seats and are certified food-safe.
Also, three-way sanitary ball valves are available with side entry and bottom entry options, all fitted with cavity-filled PTFE seats and either ‘L’ port, ‘T’ port or ‘X’ port configurations.
TAWD ‘V’ port control valves are available with 30°, 60° or 90° ‘V’ notch balls. ‘V’ port valves offer better and more consistent control than traditional round-ported ball valves. At Ron Hague, we offer this valve with the control port cast and machined into the ball, not in the seat. This allows for much better flow characteristics and eliminates the need to replace seats. The 30° option allows for finer tapered control throughout the valve rotation and the 90° option offers a larger Cv in addition to controlled flow.
The 50/50 seat is standard with all ‘V’ port valves. The 50% Stainless Steel powder and 50% PTFE offers both strength and superior sealing properties.
Most TAWD valves can be fitted with optional extras such as: –
TSM Unit for Secondary Stem Seal Isolation
The Digital Traceability Passport™ (DTP) is a groundbreaking tool that enhances traceability and transparency in supply chain management. By making 3.1 and 2.2 Material Test Report (MTR) accessible, DTP advances the digital revolution in manufacturing, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and quality. It reflects our commitment to ethics and helps businesses quickly identify and address issues.
2.2 and 3.1 Material Test Report and Inspection Certificate
Comprehensive Traceability Service (Optional) – Each valve is assigned a unique number in the DTP system, providing complete traceability. This allows for precise issue tracking back to the specific valve and supplier, enhancing accountability.
Transparency and Reliability – DTP offer detailed, secure insights into material composition, boosting transparency and reliability while ensuring all stakeholders understand their chemical components.
Streamlined Process – The DTP integrates seamlessly into digital workflows. This integration streamlines business processes in material management and enhances supply chain coordination.
Verifying Compliance- The DTP system ensures the materials comply with industry standards and regulations, while also maintaining adherence to quality standards and ensuring material conformity.
